Admin. Search (Attributes)

The search function can be used to locate proposals in that zone or other zones, if they have been configured that way, with specific attributes, such as industry or product type.

You must first select a proposal attribute. If the attribute values are pre-defined, then a pull down list of values will be available. If values are not pre-defined, you may type in the value to be searched for. For shortcut, you can enter attribute value in Keywords textbox. This is not the same as keyword search in Document Search. Keywords refers to an attribute value where the exact attribute may not be known or there is no pull down menu for values.

If multiple attributes are selected, then a list of proposals that meet all of the criteria will be returned. If the same attribute is selected multiple times, but with different values, then all proposals with any of those selected values will be returned.

Search results will appear in a new window, which may be left open as long as needed. Archived proposals will be grayed out. Results screen can be printed by clicking on the print icon.
