Allows for one-way copy from the server to a local drive. Files are not checked out so can’t be checked back
in. DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE INSTEAD OF CHECK OUT. Drag and drop from left hand tree view to appropriate drive and folder on the right. Can select multiple files/folders at one time. Use the Shift key for continuous selection of folders/files. Use the Ctrl key for multiple individual selections of folders/files. Must have least read only permission to be able to copy files. If the total size of non-graphics files to be copied is larger than 1 MB, they will be compressed and then decompressed automatically as they transfer from the server. Users can cancel the file transfer and copy process by clicking on cancel button in progress icon. |
