Messages with file attachments, if desired, can be sent from VPC users to each other with a record kept of what was sent, who sent it to whom and when. The E-Mail table shows all previously sent e-mails. If Users Can View All E-mails property is not set for the proposal, then non-admin users can only view e-mails that they have sent or were sent to them. Click on any e-mail and the text of the message will show in the text box. Use Ctrl C to copy text from the message box to another table or application. The contents of the e-mail table can also be printed. The e-mail feature may not be available to Third Party users if configured that way.
