If another VPC user adds, moves, or checks in a file, and opts to send you a broadcast notification, the next time you perform any action in VPC, a broadcast notification panel will open with a message indicating what was done to the file as well as a message from the sender. This panel will also contain all other document notification broadcasts you have received during the same session. Navigate and manage the broadcast list with the Back, Next and Delete buttons. Click on the file link in the message to go to applicable proposal welcome page treeview with the file selected. From the main menu, select VPC and then Broadcasts Received to reopen panel. The Broadcasts Received panel will be cleared upon logout, however document notification broadcasts are also shown in the Dashboard view.
